Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to MobileAutoScene. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MobileAutoScene a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, dangerous, or malicious content; impersonate others; invade privacy; scrape or disrupt the service; evade enforcement; or use automation without permission.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports and remove or restrict content or accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, our Guidelines, law, or community safety require it. Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal. You may use the available appeal process.

Deletion

You may schedule deletion from Account Settings. A 14-day cancellation period applies. Afterward, identifying account information and your rides, photos, and posts are removed; comments may remain attributed to “Former member” to preserve conversations. Limited records may be retained for security, legal compliance, disputes, and enforcement.

Service and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Vehicle modifications and user statements are not professional mechanical, safety, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileAutoScene disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice. Questions may be sent to info@mobileautoscene.com.
