You can have a cold air intake without a turbo
It's a stock box on it
I know I have one in the garage for it Haifley Jeeta F5 but not installed it still all stock
Is the box open on the bottom? Now I'm worried about why your getting a whistle if its a gs
My guess is you're non turbo. When you shift do you hear the sound of high pressure being released?

Yeah I'm with Bridget,non turbo it really sounds like, so def start looking into internals , to make a non turbo fast you start off with what they didn't put in
